A Bit About our Suppliers
Couper Seafoods specialise in sustainable species and supply us with the jewel in our crown – our finest single-cut haddock. A family operated business based in Aberdeen, Coupers fillet all their fish by hand. Coupers also source our Fraserburgh-landed scampi and the plumpest scallops fresh from the Shetland Islands.
Our special haggis and black pudding are handmade and delivered from the traditional Donaldsons family butchers in Orkney. The recipes for each are closely guarded family secrets and have been for over 50 years. Perhaps we are biased, however we at Jaconelli’s would concur that the multiple awards bestowed upon both the haggis and black pudding are more than deserved! Donaldsons also provide our thinly sliced and delicately smoked duck.
Our burgers are delivered fresh from Falleninch Farm, a 3rd generation traditional family farm with sheep and cattle grazing in the fields at the foothills of Stirling Castle. This highly-regarded farm has supplied quality produce since 1965 and their burgers are truly sumptuous.
The Italian Aroma Coffee Company was established in 1992, and are based only a stones-throw away in Clydebank. They drum roast all coffees by hand using traditional Italian methods, and their passion for coffee is matched only by their commitment to provide the highest quality products, such as our delightful chocolate covered coffee bean petit fours and our range of syrups. Why not stop in and sample one of our hazelnut, caramel or vanilla lattes prepared by one of our fully trained baristas.
